The Saturday Evening Grand Tasting Event has something for everyone. Please join us as we celebrate the 25th Anniversary of the Mammoth Lakes Foundation and the 4th Annual Mammoth Food & Wine Experience!
In honor of the Foundation’s 25th Anniversary we have 25 wineries pour up to 100 wines; four Culinary School teams serve up taste-tempting dishes hoping to win the award for “Best Dish” at the Great Outdoor Cooking Competition; talented professional chefs join forces to create designer paella and a “Farm to Table” offering from Chef Ian Algeroen featuring Montgomery Creek Ranch grass-fed beef and Weiser Farms fresh produce.
Live entertainment engages as you browse the Silent Auction, then savor dessert as the Awards and Live Auction complete the evening—all in support of higher education and cultural enrichment in the Eastern Sierra.
